I am a clinical social worker with 28 years of professional work experience in the mental health field working in hospitals, clinics and private practice. In my practice I utilize various therapeutic modalities to help people struggling with past trauma, grief and loss, caregiver burnout, parenting issues and managing day-to-day life stressors. I create an open and safe environment where thoughts, behaviors and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
