A client who would be a good fit who is an individual or family that want to go to therapy. I don't have preferences when it comes to ages and genders or sexuality. Although kids and teens have gravitated towards me because of my playful nature, and creativity in sessions. I find myself drawn to working with individuals who often people please, carry feelings of guilt, self doubt, and low self esteem. I enjoy watching others identify boundaries and help implement them. I work best with people who are open and curious in trying new things. Let collaborate and reach those goals! My approach in psychotherapy is a holistic, Adlerian approach with an emphasis in mindfulness and CBT interventions. I have recently began incorporating nature based therapy into my practice as I find reconnecting to our natural world an important aspect of healing. I also am passionate about social justice and will educate, advocate and validate for you.
