I use EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Brainspotting, and Lifespan Integration (Inner Child reparenting) therapies to help identify and work to resolve distressing issues such as PTSD, Complex PTSD, Anxierty, Depression, and relational issues. I work with adults of all ages and varied cultures and ethnicities, and specialize in Maternal Mental Health and helping parents resolve their own issues so they can be optimal parents to their children. The brain-based therapies I use help move stored trauma out of the body- out of both the nervous system and emotional system. My approach is collaborative and attachment-focused.
