I provide psychotherapy to individual adults who are primarily struggling with their work, their relationships, and their sense of themselves. Many have anxiety and/or depression. My approach to psychotherapy is mainly cognitive. Treating physicians and other healthcare providers is my sub-specialty. I am also a Divorce Coach ( a non-therapeutic psychological service) for individuals and couples in Collaborative, Mediated, and litigated divorces. I am highly experienced in the psychology and process of divorce, the interplay between them, and helping people navigate through.
