My name is Sarah Velazquez and I am a licensed clinical social worker with almost a decade of experience working in the mental health field. My goal as a therapist is to create an empathetic, safe and accepting space where you can gain deeper self-understanding, process emotions, strengthen relationships and build confidence in your ability to cope with life's challenges. My therapeutic approach is grounded in evidence-based and client-centered work. I use a mixture of attachment-based, solution-focused, cognitive-behavioral, and trauma-informed interventions to develop a unique approach to meet your needs.
