Hi, I’m Sarah Walsh (she/her), a graduate counseling student at Northwest Nazarene University. My therapeutic approach is client-centered, trauma-informed, and rooted in compassion and connection. I believe everyone deserves respect, care, and the freedom to be fully themselves, and I strive to create a safe, affirming space where you feel supported. I see my role as listening with care, offering guidance when appropriate, and supporting you as you take steps toward the changes that feel right for you. Drawing from mindfulness, trauma-informed care, parts work (IFS), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), I support you in reconnecting with your values and moving forward with courage and self-compassion, even when pain is present.
