As a PLPC, I hope to create a space where you can show up fully as yourself — no pressure, no judgment, just support. I work with individuals ages 13 and older. I especially enjoy working with those on their healing journey who may be navigating past trauma, mental health struggles, identity, relationships, life transitions, etc. My approach is collaborative and I work to match what you need in each moment. I like to explore the deeper stuff - the patterns, the past experiences, or the beliefs that might be holding you back. I often use parts work (IFS) to help make sense of the different “sides” of you, and I may draw on CBT when it fits. I also have training in brainspotting, which is an alternative therapy aimed at processing emotions and trauma.
