Thank you for your interest in my practice. I am a licensed psychologist with more than 10 years of clinical experience. I enjoy working with clients ages 16+. Areas of special interest include difficulties with mood, anxiety, and stress; trauma and post traumatic stress; grief and loss; transition and relationship concerns; veteran's experiences; and management of chronic illness. I support identity exploration involving race, class, gender, sexuality, and ability. I help teens, young adults, and those in middle and older age navigate challenging transitions, nurture their connections, and create meaning and joy.
