Now accepting clients for the 25-26 school year. I am fascinated by the resilience of the human body/mind to withstand stress and continue to grow. How we evolve in reaction to adversity can be automatic or we can learn to have more choice in our responsiveness. Therapy is the process of learning to slow down, reflect, and move forward with greater influence over our actions. Connecting teens with the ability to be self-reflective early in their lives will be a resource as they mature. Adolescence is a potent time to intervene with destructive behaviors and redirect for success.
