Working from a trauma-informed perspective, I help clients identify their emotional experiences, sit with uncomfortable feelings, and change unproductive and impulsive behaviors. I use EMDR and parts therapy to help people heal from traumatic experiences and relationships, as well as helping people struggling with grief and loss.
