I am a licensed psychotherapist/art therapist who uses creativity and talk therapy to help clients with self-discovery. I can help untangle and sort through feelings of stress/overwhelm, low self-esteem, as well as symptoms of depression, anxiety, and ADHD. My approach includes recognizing patterns that are contributing to feelings of being "stuck," strengthening communication skills and boundary setting, and developing coping strategies. I aim to meet people where they are in their journey toward healing and emotional wellness.
