Hello! We all experience struggle and difficult situations in life. I approach all who come into my office with acceptance, support and individually tailored sessions. We will work together to gain better understanding, set goals and work toward them. Therapy is a safe, judgement-free space for you and/or your family unit to work through hard times. It is a privilege and an honor for me to walk with you through such difficult and vulnerable moments. Please know that you are not alone and, together, we can move toward a better tomorrow. I work with the client to create a natural and organic mind / body approach to restoring healthy emotional, behavioral, and cognitive functioning. The client and I are partners and work together to discover and implement the choices necessary to reach new goals and break old patterns.
