I specialize in working with individuals, couples, and chosen families who want to heal from complex trauma, grief and loss, addiction, and relationship conflict. Together, we’ll explore what’s keeping you stuck, restore connection with yourself and those who matter most, and discover meaningful paths forward. My goal is to help you feel more connected and resilient as you move toward the change you desire while being accepted fully as you are.
