About
You might be someone who feels deeply and thinks a lot, and you sense there’s more to healing than just talking things through. Maybe you’re carrying past experiences that still shape how you feel, feeling stuck in emotional patterns, or moving through a major life transition. You could be exploring identity, creativity, spirituality, or purpose, and wanting space to be fully yourself. Often, the goal is to feel more connected to your emotions, your body, and your inner sense of direction. View 7 Photos My approach is integrative and experiential. Along with talk therapy, I incorporate mindfulness, somatic practices, and creative expression to support insight and healing. As a licensed mental health counselor and board-certified music therapist, music can have a role in our work. I also offer Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) for appropriate clients.
