I’m a licensed clinical professional counselor with experience providing individual and group psychotherapy for children, adolescents, couples, families, and adults. I specialize in depth-oriented psychotherapy, including play therapy with children, that is focused on long-term change and understanding the challenges that are getting in the way of having fulfilling relationships and becoming who we want to be. I focus on creating a therapeutic relationship that is compassionate, supportive, and collaborative, and my approach is personalized to the unique needs, goals, and strengths of each person.
