Good therapy offers you healing & support from relational trauma, infidelity, high-conflict partnerships, hostile communication, and coparenting/divorce challenges. My therapeutic focus centers on helping partners who’ve been wounded by issues like porn use, alcoholism, sexual addiction, codependency and narcissistic abuse. As a Licensed Professional Counselor and a PhD resident in General Psychology, it is my privilege to work with people who are suffering from relational trauma and interpersonal dysfunction. My therapeutic approach employs empirically-supported treatments, geared to enhancing core worth, instituting healthy boundaries, and learning workable relational patterns. I offer deeply-personalized care of my clients as they grow in healthy detachment, increased self-worth, greater autonomy, and functional communication.
