I have acquired a strong belief that the only true path to well-being, happiness, and living a fulfilled life is to learn the mindset, attitudes, and mental characteristics needed to thrive. Many times in our journey through life we lose sight of our true purpose and potential when the cloud of past and current painful experiences/memories hang over us and manifests themselves as hopelessness, low self-esteem, feelings of low self-worth, overwhelming emotions, negative choices, and despair.
