It's easy to get overwhelmed. Sometimes we can't seem to figure out how we got here, we only know that where we are feels frustrating, unsustainable, or empty. I work with individuals as they struggle with anxiety, depression, grief, loss, life transitions, shame, abandonment, and relational distress. My focus is on both the internal healing and external rhythms that can help individuals strengthen trust in themselves and reestablish lives of connection.
