Understanding your young child's needs can be confusing and draining - I offer ways to bring more joy and less stress to you and your child. You are an essential & cherished part of your child's therapy. As a guide in your relationship, I can help you to: explore what your child is communicating; understand his/her perceptions; read his/her cues; support strong emotions and behaviors; teach him/her how to cope; integrate past difficulties; heal; learn new parenting skills; and connect more deeply. We'll work together through the power of play, activities, discussion, reflection, modeling, skill development, and body awareness.
