I love working with children and adolescents. Before I get a history from you, I like to meet with your teenager to let them feel like they have a choice in picking their therapist. This gives them a sense of control and they are then more committed to the therapy. I will integrate the family as necessary. I have extensive success with children of divorce, those experiencing anxiety, depression, low self esteem and difficulty managing anger. I also connect well with adults and young adults dealing with life transitions.
