Starting therapy can be daunting at times, but with my support we can do this together to help you achieve your goals. My areas of focus include trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, life changes, as well as grief and loss for kids and families. I am here to help you focus on learning to accept, navigate, and dream about your future. My goal as your therapist is to create an authentic space where you feel safe, accepted, seen, and valued.
