Nurturing Mind, Heart, and Spirit Through Life’s Transitions I support adults of all ages, from young individuals stepping into independence to older adults navigating major life transitions who feel overwhelmed, anxious, depressed, discouraged, or stuck. I work with clients preparing for retirement, adjusting to retirement, coping with medical disabilities, or healing from major emotional events such as grief, widowhood, or divorce. Many of the individuals I work with struggle with concentration at home, in social situations, at school & work. Others carry the weight of trauma or rely on coping skills that no longer benefit them.
