Currently accepting new telehealth clients. You deserve a space where you feel safe, comfortable, and truly understood. My goal is to create that environment for every client I work with. My speciality is helping clients navigate anxiety, trauma, and ADHD by integrating Attachment Theory with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I help clients uncover the deeper patterns shaping their experiences, while also providing practical tools for day to day relief and growth. I am LGBTQ+ affirming and strive to be anti-racist in my personal and professional life. My approach is built on establishing a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship. I aim to avoid sessions that feel stuffy or overly clinical, and believe that the therapeutic alliance is the foundation for healing and growth.
