Welcome! I’m Sarita (she/they). A queer and neurodivergent trauma therapist, somatic coach, and disability advocate who has enjoyed focusing on empowering individuals and communities in reclaiming their voice to live meaningful lives of their choosing. For those finding themselves disconnected from their lives and relationships, unclear of what to do, wanting more from themselves, and lost on how to get there, I’m here to journey with you. In therapy we walk together in rediscovering your voice, deepen your understanding of your responses to life, identify your needs, and aligning your life with what you value.
