All Services are via teletherapy. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Missouri with 10 years of experience in providing direct mental health and behavioral counseling. I have worked with children, adults, and families in a variety of settings and for a myriad of issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma and abuse, parenting, anger management, community violence, phase-of-life problems, relationship issues, and family issues. I am passionate about helping people feel connected and whole and in helping to build skills aimed at conquering the challenges of life.
