My clients often identify as high achievers, people pleasers, or perfectionists. To the world they may appear to have it all together, but internally, they feel burnt out, stressed, anxious, and dysregulated. They care deeply about others, but find it difficult to access compassion for themselves. They may have an idea of what they want their lives to look like, but deep down, they don’t feel worthy of it.
