One of the hardest, most meaningful things we might ever do, is learning to create safety inside ourselves. It's a special and sacred thing, to feel comfortable in our own bodies; to be able to trust our own instincts and know we can handle whatever life might throw at us. Although it is our individual responsibility to work towards healing, I strongly believe that humans hurt in community, and heal in community. I would be honored to be a part of your community by creating a safe, nonjudgmental space, for you to begin healing and growing.
