I specialize in helping individuals with Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Depression, and/or OCD so they can lead more fulfilling lives & not be controlled by their rumination and worries. Additionally, I provide a safe and supportive space for men to openly express themselves and tackle the unique challenges they face, as well as supporting couples as they navigate the complexities of their relationship. With a blend of humor, compassion, & astute perception- my job is to help deepen your relationship with yourself and integrate all the parts of who you are.
