I’m Sasha R. Sioni, DBH, MPH, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Florida. I earned my Master’s in Public Health from Yale University and Doctorate in Behavioral Health from Arizona State University. I work with adults and couples who want therapy that is both practical and reflective: clear goals, concrete tools, and space to understand the patterns underneath. I specialize in trauma/PTSD, anxiety and depression, gaming disorder, ADHD functioning, and relationship stress. I also have a strong health‑psychology focus, including insomnia/sleep problems, chronic illness or chronic pain adjustment, and recovery after a TBI.
