I specialize in helping people contemplate life transitions, relationship patterns and/or core beliefs (conscious and un) that inform behaviors and choices. I pay close attention to complex family dynamics and help clients unravel, and heal, the wounds that may have originated there. I can be useful in situations where the health of one member affects the wellbeing of the entire family. I help people explore the dynamics at play in depression, anxiety and self-esteem, with an emphasis on healthy outcomes both intra and interpersonally. I assist with trauma healing and grief/loss. I assist clients with their actualizing potential.
