Welcome! I’m a therapist specializing in working with folks going through life transitions. Whether that means working through grief and loss, exploring one's identity, divorce, a career change, starting over in a new place, a medical event that results in a change in lifestyle, or stopping a habit that no longer serves you. I really enjoy helping people discover what gives their life meaning and exploring the big questions. I like getting philosophical! I'm also a big proponent of narrative therapy- owning your story and telling it the way you want to tell it rather than the way people tell it to you.
