As a South Asian bisexual woman and first-generation immigrant, I bring a unique perspective to psychotherapy. Due to my training as a trauma therapist, my cultural experience, and years of private practice experience, I take a holistic and individualized approach to treatment. I use several evidence-based practices to provide authentic and culturally sensitive care. These practices can include cognitive behavioral therapy, energy psychology, multicultural therapy, person-centered therapy, attachment theory, and trauma therapy to create an individualized treatment plan.
