Welcome! As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I am dedicated to helping clients strengthen their relationships with themselves and others. I strive to cultivate a warm, authentic and collaborative space in the hopes of building safety and trust enough for clients to share their lives and stories. I focus on inherent strengths to empower clients through life's challenges. I find that combining practical behavioral interventions with deeper emotion filled processing yields the most holistic therapeutic journey.
