I am a psychodynamically oriented clinician who supports patients in recognizing patterns that may be causing distress, exploring the roots of these patterns, and finding paths toward freedom from them. I focus treatment on exploring many domains of life – relational, cultural, physical, spiritual, and more – as I believe that true healing encompasses all parts of self. My specialties include relationship issues, chronic nervous system dysregulation, neurodivergence, and systemic-related challenges.
