Coming into the clinical world with a social work background, I possess a unique skill set that has taught me to view mental health from a holistic lens, meaning I look at all the interacting and intersecting systems that are a part of clients' lives. I offer versatile and flexible methods of intervention designed to meet each individual where they are. The human experience is complex in nature, and it's not always a simple task to get to know yourself and unravel the layers that make you, you. I've found great fulfillment in helping individuals reach those impactful "aha" moments when they begin to develop self-awareness and create lasting, meaningful changes.
