My approach includes integration of somatic and mindfulness practices with interventions such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Internal Family Systems/Ego States (IFS) to best address your specific needs. I have worked with a wide variety of individuals and believe strongly in the healing power of meditation and movement in conjunction with therapy.
