I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) who earned both my degrees from the University of Southern California. I am an integrative contextual therapist who uses a variety of interventions to best suit each client. I draw from my diverse background in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), mindfulness, radical acceptance, regulation skills, Seeking Safety, harm reduction, and always trauma oriented.
