Seeking counseling can be very challenging. My goal is to create a safe space for all individuals and assist them with their journey into self-exploration and self-discovery. I value the importance of diversity, self-identity, and multicultural competency. I have background working with various populations, including but not limited to those struggling with trauma, depression, anxiety, PTSD, self-esteem, gender identity concerns and grief. I have experience providing LGTQ and gender affirming care, including HRT Letters of support.
