Therapy works best when it’s a partnership: you and I work together to address your goals, challenges, and hopes for the future. While I bring professional experience and a strong grounding in evidence-based treatment, you are the expert on your own life. My approach is compassionate, patient, and deeply curious, but also honest and “no BS.” I specialize in working with adults navigating avoidant behaviors: PTSD, phobias, anxiety, and OCD. My practice draws from proven modalities including Prolonged Exposure (PE), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). I’m the Clinical Director at Eden Valley, a Doctor of Social Work candidate, and a graduate of Columbia University. Beyond individual therapy, I also provide consultation to other clinicians and am committed to advancing equity and social justice in mental health care.
