As a therapist, I believe connection brings about healing. Because people are so unique, I don’t use a one-size-fits-all approach. Rather, I enter the counseling relationship authentically and meet my client where they are. From a practical standpoint, I enjoy helping people identify their attachment styles and how they approach the world and the people around them. I often incorporate techniques from ACT, CBT, and Positive Psychology, as I’m ultimately about empowering my clients to have the tools to live a healthy and thriving life.
