I have been working with adult individuals who are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma and interpersonal issues. I use different modalities such as Interpersonal Psychotherapy, TF-CBT, DBT to assist individual identifying presenting issues, improving symptoms, managing their daily life by utilizing coping skills.
