I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker originally from Montreal, Canada, now practicing in Florida. I help men and women navigate major life transitions, especially postpartum depression and divorce, when life feels overwhelming and nothing looks the way you expected. My approach is solution focused, practical, and supportive, helping you build on your strengths, rebuild confidence, and regain a sense of control in daily life.
