I am a California licensed clinical social worker with nearly 20 years of clinical experience. I specialize in working with individuals presenting with anxiety, depression, substance use and mood disorders. My approaches include CBT, DBT and mindfulness to name a few. I maintain a trauma-sensitive approach with clients and utilize somatic interventions with clients when possible.
