At the University of Iowa’s Scanlan Center for School Mental Health (SCSMH) Clinic, our mission is simple: no matter where you live in Iowa, mental health support should be within reach. Our services—individual counseling, group counseling, child psychiatry, and specialty evaluations for eating disorders and intellectual disability— are available both virtually and in person at our Iowa City clinic for Iowa K-12 students, families, & school staff.
