Hello, my name is Rebecca Schilling Thomas. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified EMDR Therapist, and I’m passionate about helping motivated young to middle-aged adults learn how to discover their self-worth, cultivate healthy relationships, process chaotic childhood upbringings, and develop compassionate self-talk. Much of my practice focuses on PTSD, self-criticism, negative self-image, and unhealthy relationships. I use trauma-focused, insight-oriented, and EMDR therapeutic approaches to help clients understand their childhood trauma and develop healthy self-talk. During your sessions, we will work together to understand how your past experiences continue to shape your present-day experiences and work to develop self-compassion.
