I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) with over 25 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families through a wide range of life challenges. I provide general counseling services with a focus on depression, anxiety, trauma-related concerns, grief, stress management, anger management, self-esteem, men’s issues, parenting, marital counseling, and divorce-related concerns.
