I am licensed in both Mental Health and Addiction Counseling specializing in helping individuals and families who struggle with mental health and/or addiction issues. If you are experiencing anxiety, depression, or stress from relationships, parenting, work, significant loss, or struggling with addiction or recovery, I can help. My style is to provide you with a supportive, confidential, non-judgmental space regardless of the issues, and help you discover your strengths to find meaningful solutions. I currently meet with clients both in person and via Telehealth.
