I help my clients to make sense of complex and painful experiences and to integrate those experiences into a new sense of self and a new way of relating to others. I'm a clinical psychologist with 30 years of professional experience, and I work with a wide range of issues. I specialize in treating adults with depression, grief, identity and relationship issues, anxiety, and trauma. Also, I'm committed to working with clients who feel overwhelmed by political, social, and environmental issues, or who feel marginalized by any form of bigotry or oppression. These big-picture issues can be very personal, and I help people find a new sense of identity, belonging, and purpose.
