I provide cognitively based, direct, nonjudgmental, and down-to-earth counseling. Humor is an important part of the therapeutic process, and I use it often while being sensitive to my clients' concerns. I think my style helps people be more at ease when discussing issues they need help with. My ideal client believes in the possible and wants to explore and learn their true potential. I also offer online counseling for New Jersey and Delaware residents. This provides another way for people to address their concerns in the privacy of their own space.
