I work closely with my clients to build relationships based upon mutual trust and respect, together creating a therapeutic environment in which they can feel safe and understood. My work is focused on children and adolescents, although I also work with adults. I am trained in a variety of treatment approaches, including EMDR, CBT, attachment, mindfulness, and trauma-informed therapies. This allows me to choose the best approach for each client. Along with my clients (and their parents, when appropriate), we establish clear treatment goals, and work together to achieve them. Specialties include Anxiety, Depression, ADHD and Trauma.
